What is the Return Finance Loyalty Program?

The loyalty program rewards users with REFI points for engaging with the Return Finance app, including activities like passing KYC verification, staking, bridging, and inviting friends.

What are REFI points?

REFI points are loyalty rewards you earn by completing specific actions in the Return Finance app. These points will be redeemable for exclusive benefits, features, and discounts in the future.

Who can participate in the loyalty program?

All registered Return Finance app users on version 3.4.3 of the app or higher are eligible to earn REFI points. Simply download or update to the latest version of the Return Finance app, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the loyalty program.

How can I earn REFI points?

You can earn REFI points through one-time and recurring bounties:

One-time bounties:

• Create an account: 100 REFI points

• Switch to Return Pro: 200 REFI points

• Verify your identity: 500 REFI points

Recurring bounties:

• Stake: 1 REFI point for every $1 staked per day

• Bridge/Swap: 1 REFI point for every $1 bridged

• Invite a friend: 500 REFI points for every successful referral

When are REFI points updated?

REFI points accumulate and update daily. You can view your current balance in the app.

What can I do with my REFI points?

REFI points can be redeemed for exclusive access to features, discounts, and other special benefits within the Return Finance app. Redemption options will be rolled out soon, and users will be notified in-app. Stay tuned!

Is there a limit to how many REFI points I can earn?

No, there is no cap on how many REFI points you can accumulate.

Can I transfer REFI points to another user?

REFI points are non-transferable and linked to your Return Finance account.

Do REFI points expire?

No, your REFI points do not expire as long as your account remains active.

I didn’t receive REFI points for an activity. What should I do?

Ensure you are using the latest version of the app and that your activity complies with the loyalty program rules. If issues persist, contact our support team on [email protected].

I’ve already registered and verified my account, will I get points?

Yes, you will receive all the points for the one-time bounties you’ve collected before the launch of the Loyalty program!

How do I check my REFI points balance?

You can view your current REFI points balance directly in the app in the REFI points counter in the upper left-hand side of your screen.
